A non judgemental :-) example: I am committing to getting stronger by lifting weights this year. Thus I have a daily target of 5+ minutes of strength trainingâŚdoes that mean some days are 20 min of some epic peloton class or I managed to get up at 545 to get to a gym HIIT workout OR is some days are 10-20 squats or push ups every time I get out of my car or chair or whatever⌠As always YOUR LIFE is YOUR GAME and you decide the rules for it! And when you do what you say you will do, CELEBRATE that you did. Itâs the important brain behavior connection that gets us fired up to do it again. Be prepared for THE WIND which may come in the form of obstacles or challenges to your path. ~âThe wind that fuels a fire, extinguishes a candle.â Nassim Taleb~ Letâs be the blazing fire that WANTS the wind and helps us to have ANTI-FRAGILE CONFIDENCE in ourselves by EMBRACING OBSTACLES as the FUEL FOR OUR GROWTH. I also want to shine the light on that when we commit to our daily that if we miss a day - donât worry (idea: double up the next day?!) but just try not to miss two days, and if we miss two days, try not to miss threeâŚand well, you get the point!
