It is one of my favorite quotes (adapted) from James Clear and his book "Atomic Habits," that if you are trying to be consistent about ANY-THING in your life as in a daily practice CONSISTENTLY doing your thing is HELLA important. Yes, I said hella as a throw back to my days living in San Francisco 🫣! Think of your body / mind / soul as a cup / vessel / pot. My yoga teacher, Shiva, refers to this as a soma pot. I have been a little rushy rushy myself - just one of my favorite patterns to get into - especially around this time of year. For me, the rushy rush (we call this vata energy in Ayurveda) is moving so fast I forget what I've done/ packed/made etc. And I have to go back inside my house like 3-4 x to get something I need - this is the truth, Reader!
