The secret to your health and healing…🌊


Answer = inner and outer rejuvenation of your LIFE FORCE.

Reader, this can be different for all of us.

But what’s important is to KNOW AT YOUR DEEP CELLULAR LEVEL ~ HIGHER SELF…what is it that “fills my cup with energy?”

The ancient Vedas (yogic texts) call this inner rejuvenation OJAS.

We "build" ojas by nourishing our inner and outer body with juicy ways of being. And what I mean by juicy is: the slowing down (or as they say Hawai'i, "try wait" 🤙🏼) and moving more slowly - even as this time of the year is so busy and rushed.

Moving through your life, your day, and in your relationships with JOY and HAPPINESS and CONTENTMENT.

Nourish your body with life giving foods, rest, and movement that balances you.

Quieting the mind from distractions (physical or digital) that stimulate negativity or don't contribute to our JOY.

All this requires that space of tuning in or checking in to your breath and your inner guidance.

Give yourself permission to take that 1+ breath(s) in the morning to realize what's important now.
