Hiya and happy new moon and almost solstice!!! I feel like the world is vivid and so exciting for Christmas and the holidays. In my house of young boys, 8 and 12, its very magical and sometimes super LOUD! Whether its their joy on the trampoline or the Alvin and the Chipmunks songs (or now my older one is into some Metallica now)on Alexa at full blast… You get the picture. Life can be loud outside our mind. But inside it doesn’t need to be. When life is loud, I got to find a way to turn it...

It is one of my favorite quotes (adapted) from James Clear and his book "Atomic Habits," that if you are trying to be consistent about ANY-THING in your life as in a daily practice CONSISTENTLY doing your thing is HELLA important. Yes, I said hella as a throw back to my days living in San Francisco 🫣! Think of your body / mind / soul as a cup / vessel / pot. My yoga teacher, Shiva, refers to this as a soma pot. Everyday life force/ joy ETC fills up the cup and other things drain it away....
