Finding the Gratitude for the BREATH and all our RAIN 🌧️


So, Reader, when it rains in Southern California, and when you live here, we know it's a bit of a hot mess - rather a wet mess. 🫣

However, it's such a time to use a weather challenge as an opportunity to practice some gratitude.

Grateful for rain? Maybe! Grateful for extra couch snuggling and popcorn eating? Maybe! Appreciating the breath and the LIFE and PRANA inside of you as it continues to breathe you for YET ANOTHER DAY ON THIS BEAUTIFUL EARTH.

I did want to mention that if you write down 5 things you are grateful for 2-3x/wk, you are a way more happier human.

So give that a try...pump up the gratitude (and the jams!😊) to increase the joy in your life!

Hiya and happy new moon and almost solstice!!! I feel like the world is vivid and so exciting for Christmas and the holidays. "I'm just.. ...starting this business, so its not exactly going well." ...playing it safe and staying at home to raise these children even though I have other dreams/hopes/goals for my life." ...stuck in my past trauma and I can't move past it." ...not ready to make the change in my career because I'm scared to." ...don't have time to exercise or focus on getting better sleep." ‘Tis the season of self care, Reader! I know you think you don’t have that 75 minutes to take for yourself or that you don’t really know anything about yoga or maybe you just figure there is “so much to be done right now…” Honestly you can definitely dial in the can’t or won’t on ANYTHING this holiday season. But for this - something similar - MAKE THE TIME. MAKE IT IMPORTANT. Schedule it on your calendar to visit your favorite yoga class / body worker / healer / or my personal favorite get...
